                             ORDINANCE NO.   10026 
        
        
                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL DEFINITION TO THE TERM
                   "ATTACHED."

              	   BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, 
the
         Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
        
              	   SECTION 1.  By deleting Article II, Section 100(6) and 

         substituting in lieu thereof the following:
        
              	   (6)	Attached: Connected by an enclosure of
                        either continuous walls or supporting
                        columns, roof and floor and structurally
                        integrated into the principal building on
                        site.
        
        
         	   SECTION 2.	  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this
         Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its 
passage
         as required by law.
